Lab Stories with Maria Scordialos

Are you working on challenging projects in an uncertain environment…

Where there isn’t only one right answer and solution…

And you realise that the traditional approaches are failing...

Join us for Lab Stories - a series of online meetings with practitioners of various novel systemic & participatory approaches- also known as Social Laboratories or Innovation Laboratories (Labs). In an informal conversation, we will inquire deeper into the practice, ask provocative questions, and seek lessons and inspiration for our own work.

Our March guest Maria Scordialos will share her experience with the Social Lab approach for dealing with complex challenges. Through the stories of the Finance Innovation Lab and the Citizens Lab we will:

  • explore why project management and planning do not work when we are faced with highly interconnected, unpredictable and uncertain contexts;

  • reflect on new, more adequate and sustainable ways of working and collaboration;

  • discuss ideas on the application of the Social Lab approach in our contexts
